SpeakForward is led by LaChrystal Ricke, PhD – a communication strategist and TEDx presenter who founded and ran a 501(c)(3) from the ground up and continues to serve in nonprofit board leadership. She knows what it means to communicate under pressure, raise funds with limited resources, rally volunteers, and keep people focused on the bigger purpose. That lived experience shapes every session: practical, grounded, and built for the realities of mission-driven work.
